I'm Marissa Toussaint, a board-certified family and obesity medicine physician and certified culinary medicine specialist. I am passionate about using healthy foods to prevent and reverse chronic medical diseases. My mission is to help others transform their lives through healthy living. My classes and workshops teach practical solutions for all lifestyles. I'm confident that my cooking classes and culinary events will help you take the first step toward your ultimate health goal.
